Our Arusha team usually replies within a few hours during East Africa working hours, and always within 24 hours. For urgent travel questions you can reach us directly on WhatsApp.

Do I need to pay a deposit to start planning my safari?

No, the planning conversation is completely free. We only request a deposit once you have approved the final itinerary and we move to securing camps and park permits on your chosen dates.

Can I speak with someone on a video call before booking?

Yes, we love that. After your initial enquiry we are happy to schedule a video call so you can meet your trip designer, ask questions and feel confident before you commit to your Tanzania wellness safari.

What information should I include in my first enquiry?
